PAMELA BRONANDER
Pam is fully immersed in all aspects of the firm’s operations, including investment strategy, capital raising, and the management of D4’s portfolio. Pam leverages her 25 years of experience serving as Director of Valley National Bank, where she held several responsibilities, including governance, financial oversight, compliance and ethics, strategic planning, risk management, shareholder relations, and stakeholder communications. In addition to her work with D4, Pam holds over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, where she serves as the Managing Member of Kaye Mechanical Contractors and President of KMC Mechanical Inc. Prior to Kaye Mechanical & KMC Mechanical, Pam was a Partner with Scandia Packaging Machinery Company.
GARY DE PAOLERA
Gary brings over 50 years of experience to D4 in the commercial construction industry and oversees all construction efforts. Gary manages the firm’s construction and development project delivery and directs field operations to maintain the efficiency and safety standards that are the hallmark of D4. Prior to D4, at the age of 21 Gary founded KMC Mechanical Inc. and Kaye Mechanical Contractors - an established and successful building services firm that has completed $200m+ of capital improvements - specializing in commercial HVAC, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing, and Process Piping Systems. Gary continues to oversee all projects to this day.
NICHOLAS DE PAOLERA
With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Nick oversees all aspects of the firm’s strategic initiatives and operations, including investment strategy, acquisitions, capital raising, leasing activities, development and the execution of the firm’s portfolio. Since D4’s inception, Nick has leveraged his extensive knowledge and vast network of professional relationships within the real estate community to discover opportunities that are often overlooked by others. Prior to D4, Nick served as an advisor and consultant within the brokerage community with NAI James E. Hanson. In his various roles, Nick oversaw the leasing and management on behalf of corporations, REIT’s, family offices, special servicers, private equity and institutional investors.
