Pam is fully immersed in all aspects of the firm’s operations, including investment strategy, capital raising, and the management of D4’s portfolio. Pam leverages her 25-years of experience serving as Director of Valley National Bank, where she held several responsibilities, including governance, financial oversight, compliance and ethics, strategic planning, risk management, shareholder relations, and stakeholder communications. In addition to her work with D4, Pam holds over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, where she serves as the President of KMC Mechanical Inc. Prior to KMC Mechanical, Pam was a Partner with Scandia Packaging Machinery Company.
